Creating a report with SketchUp 2018

Create a SketchUp report in less than 10 seconds

Making a report in SketchUp is ultra important, it will allow you to calculate how much it costs, what quantities of materials are used.

Note that this feature is only available in the pro version of SketchUp 2018

To create your first report:

• Go to “File < Generate Report.”
• The interface allows us to customize the data we want to export.

For a proper export, you will need to have made groups and components in your SketchUp file first.
Go to “EDIT” to choose the data you want to show in your report.
Run your report! And download your “.csv” file !
